Responsibilities
Travel nationally with potential to operate abroad as part of a small operations team.
Travel nationally with potential to assist in demonstration and Promotion
Travel internationally with potential to undergo training and provide training
Ensure maintenance is carried to the operational RPA equipment in accordance to RPA manuals and procedures
Ensure RPA manual and procedures are updated and reviewed
Investigate all defects and repair operational RPA equipment within agreed timeframes.
Speaking with clients and diagnose defects with client over the phone
Minimum Skills & Experience:
Ability to make and implement complex risk-based decisions under pressure.
A willingness and ability to learn new skills quickly.
Australian Driver Permit
Right to work in Australia.
Proactive and a good man manager.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communications skills.
Comfortable speaking with clients and agronomists over the phone and coordinating flights.
Highly organized and able to keep on top of many different tasks at once
Preferred Skills & Experience
Fluent English Speaking
Fluent Chinese Speaking (Mandarin)
Experience in managing time schedules
CASA Remote Pilot License
Ensure flight logs are kept and updated.
Ensure all RPA operations meets RPA operational procedures and complies with the RPA Standard Operation Conditions (SOC)
Experience or knowledge in technological evolution of RPA technology
