I am looking to find a property manager to rent out rooms in my house to long term tenants.
My house is located 2km east of the CBD, close to the river, buses, and shops. At present, the house has 8 people living there and there is one room empty. The rooms are furnished with a bed, table, and chair. Tenants can bring in their own furniture if they wish.
The property manager will earn a wage every week based on a 13% of the weekly rent. This works out to be around $180 per week if the house is full.
The property manager will advertise my house on at least 3 online platforms, arrange inspections and collect rent when it is due.
As part of managing my house, you will clean the common areas of my house twice a week (including taking out rubbish and vacuuming the floors), mow the lawn once a month, and clean the sheets and make the beds of people before they move into the house. You will need to contact me if there are any maintenance issues and organise someone to come to fix it and I will pay for it.
You must have excellent spreadsheet skills. You must reply to my messages within 24 hours. It is preferable that you live close to the house and within 10km of the CBD. It is preferable that you can speak Chinese，and you must have very good English skills.
